Frequently asked questions.

Before you begin

Clear answers to common questions.

Here is what you may want to know before requesting an online nutrition consultation. If your question is not covered, you can send a general enquiry without sharing sensitive medical information.

01Are consultations available online?

Yes. We currently offer online consultations, so you can join from a suitable private space wherever you are.

02What can I seek nutrition support for?

We offer diet guidance for metabolic, hormonal, gut, skin and hair concerns. You can read more on the Focus Areas page or send a brief enquiry if you are unsure whether your concern fits.

03Will I receive a meal plan?

A meal plan may be included when it is suitable for your needs. Guidance is shaped around your routine, cultural food habits, preferences, goals and existing medical care.

04Do I need a medical diagnosis before requesting a consultation?

Not always. You may request a consultation to discuss a general nutrition goal. However, symptoms that need medical investigation or diagnosis should be discussed with an appropriate treating clinician.

05What should I have ready for the consultation?

It helps to think about your usual meals, daily routine, main concerns and goals. If relevant, keep recent reports, prescriptions and medical advice available. You will be told what is needed before sharing any documents.

06Can nutrition guidance replace my medication or medical treatment?

No. Nutrition consultations do not replace diagnosis, prescribed treatment, medication advice or emergency care. Do not stop or change medication without speaking to the clinician responsible for your care.

07How do I request a consultation?

Complete the consultation request form with your name, phone number, preferred contact time and a brief description of what you would like help with. Email is optional.

08When will I hear back?

We aim to respond within 24 hours using the phone number you provide. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the consultation details have been agreed with you.
